The CPU doesn't correctly run fast breaks. CPU teams rarely, if ever, fast break.

1: IR Problem
Players injured in the course of a dynasty or season don't return to the active roster when they recover. The result of this is that players disappear from the league, in essence, because they are forever on the IR. People have to play a dynasty/season with injuries disabled.
Current work around: Players not locked in IR in 365 updates, so move all appropriate players into lineup before starting a season/dynasty. Play season/dynasty with injuries disabled to avoid future IR problems.
